ARIANA ELLISAriana is Masters Student at the Centre for Mediaeval Studies at the University of
Toronto, and a recent graduate of the Arts and Science department at the University of Toronto, majoring in Mediaeval Studies. She is also a screenwriter, researcher, and filmmaker for the University of St. Andrews’ Open Virtual Worlds Group in Scotland, bringing narrative to digital reconstructions of destroyed historical sites. She co-founded the University of Toronto Scribblers Society for creative writers, and publishing credits include poems: “The Troubles” in the University of Toronto Celtic Department’s Garm Lu, “Lillith” and “Funeral Oration” in The University of St. Andrews’ literary magazine Minerva, and an academic paper on King Richard III, published by the UK Branch of the Richard III Society. She is a Celtic singer, and recent acting, singing, and production credits include: Circe in Odyssey: The Musical (VCDS), backing vocals and live performance in multiple virtual world demonstrations (OVW), and Screenwriter, Cinematographer, Director, Editor, and Music Supervisor for the film Eyemouth (Pre- Release) (OVW).
